2-4 people - 45 m² incl. 8 m² balcony The historical Rosengarten Suites in our main building consist of two separate rooms, and are therefore ideal for connoisseur families. Because of their location on the south side and on the third floor, these Suites boast an amazingly breathtaking view of South Tyrol’s mountains, including the Dolomites, World Heritage Site, from their balconies. Most of the furniture in the rooms is of historical Art-Nouveau origin.
2-4 people - 75 m² incl. 18 m² terrace Our family suites Latemar are located on the ground floor of the main house. They have been completely renovated in 2022. The modern ambience is cozy and stylish, with selected fabrics and lots of wood. All family members will be delighted by the contemporary yet cozy ambience in two bedrooms and the living area in the winter garden with private park access and views of the magnificent South Tyrolean mountains.
2 people - 50 m² incl. 9 m² terrace Located on the ground floor of the main house, our Garten junior suites have been completely renovated as recently as 2022. The spacious bedroom with cozy living area and the private sun terrace with direct access to the park with views of the magnificent South Tyrolean mountains are spread over 50m2. The stylish and at the same time cozy ambience, surrounded by the green intimacy of our park, boasts deepest relaxation for nature-loving design enthusiasts.
2-6 people - 85 m² incl. 6 m² terrace The Vajolet Suites, located in the penthouse, will charm you with their spaciousness and an incomparable view of the mountains surrounding us. Modern and cozy, furnished with lots of wood and loden, these suites will definitely meet even the highest demands of comfort. Separated rooms, separate bathroom and toilet and a spacious balcony offer lots of room for vacationing and space to relax for your whole family.
2 people - 55 m² incl. 15 m² terrace Our Junior Park Suites are located about 30 m away from the main building next to the wonderful herb and flower garden. Situated to the south east and with their own garden and patio, Junior Park Suites offer a breathtaking view of the beautiful Dolomites, UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you are looking for a lot of peace and space to dream in nature, you will spend an unforgettable holiday in these modern suites.
2 people – 35 m² incl. 5 m² balcony These charming double rooms with their Art-Nouveau lamps, box beds, sofas and chairs evoke a very particular Jugenstil charm. From here you have a view of the village Oberbozen and you can watch the historic Ritten Railway pass by. If you value comfort in a historical atmosphere, you will feel at ease in one of the Nostalgie double rooms.
