The small, family-run Hotel Weihrerhof, with 23 rooms, is a nature and wellness hotel directly on Lake Costalovara on the Renon plateau in South Tyrol, surrounded by woodland and natural meadows. Its peaceful lakeside setting is combined with excellent public transport connections: the Costalovara stop of the Renon narrow-gauge railway is around a 10-minute walk away, while Soprabolzano can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. From there, the Renon cable car takes guests directly to Bolzano in just 12 minutes. This makes it easy to combine a holiday by the lake with hiking on the Renon plateau and trips into the city, even without a car.
Hotel guests enjoy private access to Lake Costalovara, with a lakeside lawn and private jetty. A rowing boat, pedal boat, SUP boards and kayaks are available for exploring the lake. The wellness area includes a heated indoor pool and the boathouse sauna directly on the lakeshore, just a few steps from the water for a refreshing dip after the sauna.
