Das Hotel Greif liegt am Waltherplatz, im Zentrum von Bozen und ist seit Jahrhunderten ein wichtiger Bezugspunkt. Mitglied der Designhotels, präsentiert es sich als einladender Ort, wo man sich wohl fühlt und Kunst einatmet. Nach seinem Umbau im Jahre 2000, wurden alle Innenräume ganz nach dem Prinzip „AugenLust“ umgestaltet. Die 33 Hotelzimmer sind nach dem Prinzip “hell-dunkel” ausgerichtet: Fußböden aus dunkelbraunem afrikanischen Wengé und helle handgeflochtene “Gabbeh”-Teppiche aus dem Iran. Neben den antiken Möbeln im Biedermeierstil, noch aus altem Besitz, findet man auch Stücke aus Südtiroler Ahorn oder Nusswurzelholz, hergestellt in der hauseigenen Tischlerei des Hotels. Einige Zimmer schenken einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Waltherplatz, andere auf den Innenhof oder auf die Dolomiten. Alle sind mit dem höchsten Komfort ausgestattet, von den 210 cm langen Betten über Marmorbäder mit Badewanne, Whirlpool oder Dampfsauna, von natürlichen Pflegeprodukten über weiche Bademäntel und Frottee-Badeslipper, sowie interaktives TV und WLan. Der Frühstücksraum, mit seiner herrlichen Terrasse ist der perfekte Ort um das Frühstück zu genießen, mit grandiosem Blick auf den Schlern, dem Wahrzeichen der Dolomiten. Mit seinen selbstgemachten Kuchen und Marmeladen, biologischen und lokalen Produkten stellt es ein köstliches Stückchen Himmel dar, das man am liebsten mit nach Hause nehmen würde. In die einzigartige Grifoncino Cocktailbar laden wir unsere Gäste ein, kreativen Cocktails zu genießen. Im Winter in der Designer Bar, im Sommer in der chilligen Rooftop Lounge.
Das Hotel ist leicht erreichbar mit Zug, 100 m vom Bahnhof entfernt, oder mit dem Auto, 10 Minuten von der Ausfahrt Bozen Süd der A22. Das Hotel Greif besitzt einen direkten Zugang zum öffentlichen Parkplatz P3 des Walther Platzes, direkt im Stadtzentrum.
